We see patients in person one day a week on Mondays, with all other appointments offered virtually for added convenience and flexibility.

No. But we do accept HSA/FSA payments and you can use your insurance for bloodwork and prescriptions. We believe in delivering personalized, proactive care tailored to your unique needs. To maintain the highest quality of service, we have chosen not to accept insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you and offer advanced diagnostics, holistic treatments, and wellness services that insurance often doesn’t cover.

Samskara is your space for deeper, more personalized care—designed to support your long-term wellness, not just manage symptoms. 

We are not a replacement for your primary care doctor or gynecologist. While we provide hormone replacement therapy and manage chronic diseases, we do not offer physicals, medical clearances, pap smears, screenings, or acute care visits. We focus on optimizing labs, addressing root causes, and promoting sustainable lifestyle changes.

Yes! If you have insurance, your prescriptions and lab work may be covered based on your plan’s benefits.

True healing and meaningful change take time. Our care path model is designed to give us the space to fully evaluate your health, understand the root causes of your symptoms, and create a personalized plan that’s sustainable and effective.

Research shows that it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit—especially when it involves meaningful changes like nutrition, movement, stress, and sleep. Some habits take even longer. This time frame allows you to not only build new routines, but to anchor them in a way that feels natural, not forced.

We’re not here for quick fixes—we’re here for transformation that lasts. And that requires consistency, compassion, and time.

You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice. If you choose to rejoin in the future, please note there may be a re-enrollment fee.

At Samskara, we value your time and ours. To ensure that every patient receives the care and attention they deserve, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We understand that life happens. If there is an emergency or unavoidable conflict, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate with flexibility.

All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

At Samskara Integrative Health, our name reflects our core philosophy of transformation and intentional living. The word Samskara comes from Sanskrit and it refers to the impressions, habits, or mental imprints formed by our repeated thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. These patterns often run beneath the surface, quietly influencing how we think, feel, and respond to life.

In Eastern traditions, samskaras are not fixed—they can be observed, softened, and transformed.
